Are you a Quality Engineer with a background in manufacturing, looking to be a technical expert in an exciting and varied hands-on role within a leading manufacturing business?

Do you want to join a company where you will be an essential part of a small team, in an autonomous position, where you will help support and guide the Quality Inspector?

In this role, you will be handling warranty claims, supplier quality, continuous improvement, spot checks and ISO audits. The role is split evenly between office-based and hands-on work, whilst supporting the Quality Inspector and assisting with new product introductions.

This company has been going for over 30 years, and they are now well established within their niche engineering industry. They are looking to continue expanding their customer base and maintain their current size, and as such are expanding the teams where necessary.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background, who is looking to join a well-established company, as a vital part of the quality team.

The Role:

• Managing warranty claims and supplier quality issues
• Participating in continuous improvement meetings
• Performing quality spot checks and supporting ISO audits
• 50% office based, 50% hands-on
• Monday to Thursday, 7.30am – 4:30pm, finish at 12:30pm on Fridays
