Are you a Design Engineer from a Manufacturing background, who is looking for an exciting opportunity within a specialist company that can offer exclusive industry training and an early Friday finish?

The company are a provider of packaging equipment for the automotive industry, some of their clients include; JCB, Mclaren and Lotus. They provide bespoke stillages for high-quality manufactured parts.

The successful candidate will be working on the entire design process of industrial stillages for the automotive industry, understanding technical specifications and developing 3D models for potential projects.

This role would suit a Design engineer who has used AutoCAD in a manufacturing setting, who is now looking for an exciting opportunity within a specialist manufacturer that can offer an excellent work life balance.

The role:

• Lead the creation of detailed CAD drawings and models using AutoCAD software
• Develop comprehensive schematics, technical layouts and 3D visualisations
• Conduct thorough Quality checks on CAD files for accuracy to ensure client specifications are met
• Monday – Thursday (07:00 – 16:00) Friday (07:00 – 12:00)

The person:

• Experience using AutoCAD
• Time spent within a manufacturing background
