Are you a B2B Sales professional looking to join a long-established UK manufacturer where you’ll have the opportunity to manage customer accounts, develop new business and directly contribute to sales growth?

Do you enjoy building strong customer relationships, proactively identifying sales opportunities and working closely with external sales teams to turn enquiries and leads into long-term commercial relationships?

The company are a respected UK manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, reliability and innovation within the plumbing and construction sectors.

The business supplies a wide range of plumbing products to customers across the UK, working with merchants, distributors and trade customers to provide dependable products and high levels of customer service.

This is a hands-on commercial position suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and taking ownership of opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful conversion.

The Role:

• Manage and develop a designated portfolio of UK customer accounts alongside external sales colleagues
• Proactively contact existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for additional sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead generation and market research
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Promote the company’s range of plumbing products and solutions to new and existing customers
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions, ensuring opportunities are followed up effectively

The Person:

• Experience in Internal Sales, Account Management, B2B Sales, Sales Administration or a similar commercial role
• Background in B2B Construction, Manufacturing, or Industrial sales
