Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to join a family run company, offering the chance to work on exciting refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings, where you can rapidly progress to a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor?

In this role you will be working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor tasked with valuations, cost reports and ensuring that contractual relationships are maintained. You will be responsible for planning and occasional site visits. You will be mainly working on refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings and progress to a fully autonomous Quantity Surveyor.

This role would suit a Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for tailored training and excellent opportunities to progress to a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor.

The Role:

• Producing valuations and cost reports on listed buildings and heritage sites
• Work with contractors to procure packages
• Liaise with an maintain client and contractual relationships
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm 37 hours per week
• Site travel 1-2 days per week, car allowance provided
