In this role, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring the production team, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. You will oversee product quality, ensure packaging meets company standards, monitor product temperatures, and keep production running efficiently to meet daily targets.

With almost 40 years of industry success, this expanding company supplies some of the UK’s largest retailers, including Sainsbury’s and Asda. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Production Team Leader to play a key role in leading and developing their production team.

The role would suit a production operative who is looking to step up into a production team leader role and engage in specialist training on forklifts.

The Role:

• Leading and monitoring the production team
• Keeping production running efficiently to meet daily targets
• Specialist training on forklifts
• Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 10:30pm, 37.5 hours
• Optional overtime, 1.33x and 1.5x on a weekend
