Junior Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled / Food)

£28,000 – £35,000 + Unlimited Overtime (OTE £40,000+) + Training + Progression + Overtime

In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across production and packaging machinery. You will receive hands-on training in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to progress onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern once fully trained.

This role would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while benefiting from excellent training, unlimited overtime and genuine career progression.

The Role:

• Assisting with planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Learning to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
• Supporting maintenance on production and packaging machinery
• Working alongside experienced engineers as part of a multiskilled team
• Full training
• Monday – Friday – 40 hour week

The Person:

• Junior Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Engineering qualification or maintenance experience
• Looking to develop within food, FMCG or manufacturing
• Commutable to Stafford
