Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer, Trainee Maintenance Engineer, Engineering Graduate, or similar with any hands-on mechanical or electrical knowledge, looking to join a company offering excellent training, overtime, and the opportunity to develop your skills on a wide range of specialist production equipment?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business supplying specialist insulation products across multiple industries. You will receive full hands-on training from experienced engineers while learning how to maintain, repair, and support production machinery, equipment, and site plant.

In this varied role, you will assist with breakdown repairs, planned maintenance, basic fault finding, machinery installations, and general mechanical and electrical maintenance. You will shadow senior engineers, learn how to record maintenance activity on a computerised system, and work closely with production teams while developing your technical skills in a safe manufacturing environment.

This role would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer or someone with basic mechanical or electrical experience who is looking for a Monday to Friday role, overtime, structured training, and the chance to develop into a fully skilled Maintenance Engineer.

The Role:

• Assisting with maintenance and repair of production machinery and site plant
• Pre planned maintenance, breakdown support, basic fault finding, and machinery installation
• Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm, 39 hours per week, with overtime available

The Person:

• Junior Maintenance Engineer, Trainee Engineer, Engineering Graduate, or similar
• Any mechanical or electrical knowledge, training, qualification, or hands-on experience
• Commutable to Wellington
