Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor, or Electrician, ready to take the next step in your career with a fast-growing electrical and renewable energy provider?

On offer is the opportunity to join a forward-thinking business, who work across the commercial and domestic sectors. From EV Chargers to Solar Panels and general fit outs, the company pride themselves on delivering high quality services.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 4 electricians, performing installations and maintenance. Your day will start by conducting a toolbox talk every morning, before heading to site.

As a supervisor, you will organise jobs, allocate the team based on their skills, plan and coordinate work, alongside putting together time sheets. This will be combined with the expected hands-on duties.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to progress into an office-based supervisor position, where training on estimating can be provided.

The suitable candidate will be an experienced electrician, complimented by an electrical qualification, with a background in renewable energy.

The Role

• Organising and coordinating electrical installations and maintenance
• Supervising a team of 4 electricians
• Performing toolbox talks every morning
• Working alongside Operations Manager, on commercial and domestic work
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 – 4

The Person

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification or similar
• Background in renewable sector
