Are you a Sales Engineer or Application Engineer with experience in cutting tools, CNC machining, or precision engineering, looking to join the UK subsidiary of a globally recognised Japanese OEM offering full autonomy and excellent earning potential?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturer of premium cutting tools. Backed by a global engineering group, the business offers exceptional stability, ongoing investment, and the chance to represent a respected product range across multiple manufacturing industries.

In this role, you’ll manage your own South East territory, developing new business while supporting an established distributor network and key customer accounts. You’ll provide technical advice, demonstrate products, and help customers improve their machining processes through solution-led selling.

The ideal candidate will have experience within cutting tools or machining, either in technical sales or as an Application Engineer looking to move into a commercial role.

The Role:

• Managing and growing the South East territory
• Developing new business and supporting existing accounts
• Providing technical advice and product demonstrations
• Working closely with distributors and end users
• Fully remote with regular customer travel

The Person:

• Background in cutting tools, CNC machining, or precision engineering
• Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Business Development, or Application Engineering experience
• Full UK driving licence
