Are you a Programme Manager or similar that wants to work on a new project that has the scope of a long term engagement in a hybrid manner?

On offer is the chance to join a greenfield project which is still in its infancy with long term scope of work, with a highly skilled team mixed between, civil servants, project managers and other support staff.

This role will involve complex services used by a large amount of people, fragmented systems and processes that need aligning and writing new policies that must be adhered to.

THE ROLE:

• real operational pressure and delivery challenges
• understand the problem
• build a credible plan
• deliver improvements that have tangible impact on the service

THE PERSON:

• Experienced with government and public sector work
• Ability to align chaotic processes and procedures
• SC Cleared
