Are you a Quality Engineer or Quality Technician with proven experience supporting Quality Management Systems, managing non-conformance processes, and driving corrective actions within a manufacturing environment?

Do you have hands-on experience within a manufacturing quality function and want to take on a Quality Engineer role focused on Quality Management Systems, documentation control, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced production setting?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established UK manufacturer of bolts and pipeline commodities, supplying global markets from a 24/7 production facility. With almost 50 years of experience, the company is committed to maintaining high quality standards, strong technical capability, and continuous improvement across its operations.

In this role, you will support the Quality function across the full production process from customer purchase order through to final product dispatch, with a strong focus on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, managing non-conformances, supporting root cause investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and internal procedures.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer or Quality Technician who has experience working within Quality Systems looking for a fulltime stable role.

The Role:

• Support and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 and internal procedures, ensuring compliance across all manufacturing and quality activities
• Manage non-conformance processes, including investigation, containment, reporting, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain quality documentation, traceability records, and certification packs, ensuring accuracy and full compliance for customer release and audit readiness
• Support internal audits, supplier and customer quality issues, and drive continuous improvement activities across the quality function and production processes

The Person:

• Experience in a Quality Engineer, Quality Technician, or Quality Systems role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience working with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
• Proven experience in non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions
• Experience managing quality documentation, traceability, and supporting internal audits
• Commutable to Hyde
