Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a land management or environmental background looking for an autonomous role within a growing company offering a varied workload, company vehicle, and opportunities for progression?

Since the early 2000s, this company has been delivering environmental consultancy and land management services across the UK. Their projects range from small-scale residential works through to major infrastructure schemes, including HS2. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their presence across the West Midlands.

In this varied role, you will manage a portfolio of contracts across the region, carrying out site visits and surveys, monitoring project progress, and liaising with both clients and operational teams. You will oversee project costings, support contract delivery, and help identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business. The role offers a mix of site-based and home working with regular travel throughout the West Midlands.

The Role

• Handle land management and environmental contracts across the West Midlands
• Carry out site visits and surveys to monitor project progress and ensure compliance
• Hybrid role with travel across the West Midlands
• Support the development of existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities

The Person

• Contracts Manager or similar
• Land Management or similar background
• Willing to travel across the West Midlands
• Full Driver’s License
