This role would suit a practical and hardworking Service Engineer or aspiring engineer, with experience working on commercial sites and a strong desire to learn multiple building services disciplines while developing into a highly skilled maintenance professional.

In this role, the successful candidate will carry out planned maintenance and compliance works across commercial properties, supporting a range of services including water hygiene, emergency lighting, catering equipment, and air conditioning systems while receiving ongoing training and support.

The Role

• Carrying out planned maintenance across commercial properties
• TMV servicing, water hygiene monitoring, and compliance checks
• Emergency lighting testing, repairs, and fault finding
• Commercial catering equipment maintenance
• Basic air conditioning servicing and fault diagnosis
• Working across multiple building services disciplines
• Local work only with no nationwide travel

The Person:

• Service Engineer or similar background
• Experience working on commercial sites
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, or maintenance experience advantageous
• Practical mindset with a strong willingness to learn
• Full UK driving licence
