On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established environmental services company operating a diverse portfolio of landfill and restoration sites across the UK. With a strong reputation for operational excellence and environmental stewardship, the business works closely with some of the country’s largest waste producers, delivering high-quality service, sustainable site management, and long-term restoration projects that benefit both customers and local communities.

In this site-based role, you will lead and manage a team of engineers, overseeing both reactive and planned maintenance activities to ensure the smooth running of the plant. You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, ensuring machinery is properly maintained and lubricated, and effectively delegating tasks to drive operational efficiency and minimise downtime. Monday – Friday 6:30am – 6pm.

The Role:

• Leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing both reactive and planned maintenance across the plant.
• Conducting routine inspections, ensuring machinery is properly maintained and lubricated, while effectively delegating tasks to minimise downtime.
• Monday – Friday 6:30am – 6pm

The Person:

• Maintenance Manager or similar
• Background in mechanical engineering or similar
• Commutable to Bridgewater
