Are you a Project Manager with experience in structural steel or construction, looking to take full ownership of projects within a rapidly growing business who will commit to you and invest in furthering you career?

You will be responsible for managing multiple structural steel projects from design through to installation, acting as the key point of contact for clients while coordinating fabrication, logistics, and site teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be heavily involved in programme management, commercial aspects, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The company is a fast-growing, service-led structural steel specialist with a strong reputation for quality and delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company delivering high-profile projects across the UK, working with Tier 1 contractors on major developments including stadiums and airports.

This role would suit a Project Manager with a background in structural steel, fabrication, or construction, looking for more autonomy, responsibility, and long-term career growth.

The Role:

• Manage structural steel projects from design through to installation
  * Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  * Coordinate fabrication, logistics, and on-site delivery
  * Manage programme, costs, and commercial elements
  * Ensure health & safety, RAMS, and quality standards are met
  * Resolve issues and keep projects running smoothly

The Person:

• Experience managing structural steel or construction projects
  * Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
  * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
