Are you an Estimator from a roofing/construction background looking for a technically involved role within a long-established specialist contractor offering stability, project ownership, and a supportive working environment?

This company has over 30 years of experience delivering specialist roofing solutions and has built a strong reputation within the construction sector, generating in excess of £3m turnover. Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of projects, they are now looking to expand their close-knit estimating team.

In this office-based role, you will play a key part in the full pre-construction process, working closely within a small team to manage enquiries, prepare competitive tenders, and support the successful securing of new projects. You will be responsible for pricing works, assessing project requirements from drawings, and producing accurate quotations and submissions from start to finish.

This role would suit an Estimator with a roofing background looking for a long-term position within a stable, specialist contractor where you can take ownership of varied and technically interesting projects.

The Role

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing projects
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements and pricing
• support projects through the full pre-construction process

The Person

• Estimator or similar within roofing or construction experience
• Commute to Reading
