In this role, the successful Solicitor will manage a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and lease work alongside supporting development projects and property aspects of probate cases. This involves drafting and negotiating legal documents and coordinating with clients and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or legal executive with a background in Commercial property, with relevant experience/qualification.
