In this varied role, the successful Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer will support the delivery of multiple projects, assisting with design work, performing calculations, and selecting appropriate equipment. You will gain hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery while working closely with experienced engineers, ensuring continuous development and clear progression opportunities.

This role would suit a Graduate Design Engineer with a background or interest in Mechanical, Building Services, MEP, Drainage, or HVAC design, looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and fast-growing company that offers excellent training and progression.

The Role:

• Support full project lifecycle from initial concept through to completion
• Assist with design work, calculations, and equipment selection
• Work on multiple projects within Building Services/HVAC
• Develop skills through structured training and mentorship
• Collaborate with internal teams and senior engineers

The Person:

• Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer or similar
• Interest or exposure to Building Services, HVAC, MEP, or similar
• Familiarity with CAD software (training provided)
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technically
• Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field
