As the go-to Facilities Maintenance Team Lead, you will be overseeing operations across 3 sites, with the prospect to expand by the end of the year. This includes leisure venues all based in Southampton. Responsibilities include ensuring maintenance of facilities, leading a small team, ensuring health and safety standards are met, ordering new materials and resource, and problem-solving to ensure seamless productions.

This role is ideally suited for someone with a background in Facilities Maintenance looking for a team leader role in dynamic environments and enjoys the challenges of managing multiple venues and productions..

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of multiple facilities
• Lead a small team
• Organise on-site equipment, orders and resource
• Occasional call-outs with time in Lieu offered when outside Monday-Friday
• Flexible start-finish times within a 40 hour week
