Are you a Maintenance Engineer/Team Leader/Supervisor looking for a senior, hands-on role working on an array of state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, within a large industrial site?

Are you looking for a unique role where no two days are ever the same, leading a team of 5 Engineers and utilising your skills and experience as the go-to technical specialist?

In this role you will be overseeing a small, dedicated team of Engineers and working on a range of maintenance and refurbishment projects, on both machinery and facilities. You will also get stuck in on the tools, using your hands-on experience to guide junior Engineers.

Founded nearly 40 years ago, this materials processing company are looking to continuously improve their site, grow their team and stay ahead in their field. Supplying nationwide, they are part of a larger group offering plenty of stability and job security.

This role would suit someone from an electrical background who has experience in people management, looking for an exciting new challenge where every day is different.

The Role:

• Supervising a small team of 5 electrical engineers
• Maintenance of motors, PLCs, drives, sensors, and building facilities
• Involved in large scale maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm, 40 hours a week
• Overtime paid at a premium, 10 hours a week available

The Person:

• Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader / Supervisor or similar
• Electrical background
• People management experience
