Are you a BMS Engineer looking to step up into a leadership role, becoming a Head of Department where you will build and lead your own team, mentor engineers across Ireland, and take ownership of key service projects while increasing your earnings through a company bonus?

This well-established BMS consultancy, operating for over 40 years, delivers innovative building services engineering and sustainable design solutions across Ireland and internationally. With a proven track record of growth and a strong reputation for technical excellence, the company has built a trusted presence in the industry, supporting clients across a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects.

In this role you will lead the development and growth of a new service and maintenance function across Ireland, the UK and Europe within the BEMS and EPMS sector, supporting complex commercial and critical environment projects. You will take ownership of the customer experience, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver a consistently high level of service, while building and leading a team to drive service growth, strengthen long-term relationships, and secure ongoing renewals. This role will be based in the office with travel to sites across Ireland.

This role would suit a BMS Engineer looking to step into management, establish themselves as a go-to service specialist, lead projects across Ireland, and build and shape a new division within a growing consultancy.

The Role:

• Lead and develop the service and maintenance division
• Oversee BEMS/EPMS maintenance delivery
• Act as key client contact for aftersales support
• Provide hands-on fault finding and system support
• Lead a team of 5
• Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30

The Person:

• Background in BMS, BEMS, EPMS
• Knowledge of Tridium, Trend, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Cylon and Automated Logic.
• Full Drivers License
• Commutable to Dublin
