An exciting opportunity is available for an aspiring Recruitment Consultant to join a young, vibrant, and rapidly growing recruitment company in central Bristol. With one-to-one training available from industry experts, this is a chance to hit the ground running and earn copious commission checks, whilst simultaneously progressing your career up the recruitment ranks.

This role offers the opportunity to learn how to run your own recruitment business from scratch, with full responsibility for lead generation, candidate selection, and end-to-end recruitment projects. You will work closely with directors and senior management, gaining first-hand mentorship and practical experience designed to fast-track your learning, fuel your professional and personal growth, and position you as a future leader of the business.

This role would suit a Graduate or aspiring Trainee Recruitment Consultant who feels they have what it takes to progress in a competitive but greatly rewarding industry, at a business that provides 1 to 1 training, lucrative commission schemes, and a genuine progression path to senior positions.
