Are you a Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or similar from a mechanical/electrical background, looking for a senior role in a fast-growing company, where you will be the go-to maintenance specialist and lead a team of engineers working on bespoke industrial machinery?

In this role you will be responsible for leading a maintenance team within a fast-paced industrial site and overseeing the maintenance operations. This is a varied role with a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance on cranes, filter pressers, dosing systems and conveyors, where you will also conduct diagnosis and fault finding personally.

This company have been operating for over 157 years and pride themselves on the high standards of their work and position as a national leader in the supply of their niche product. You will play a crucial role in the continued operation of this long-standing, industry leading business.

This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or similar with a mechanical and electrical background looking to remain hands-on and diversify their skillset, with the responsibility of managing a team of engineers.

The Role:

• Overseeing the maintenance team

• Compliance checks on all factory equipment
• Maintenance activities on cranes and factory machinery
• Monday-Friday, flexible start and finish, 40 hours per week

The Person:

• Maintenance Supervisor or similar
• Mechanical/Electrical background
• Looking for direct progression to a Maintenance Manager
