Are you a Plant Fitter or similar looking to join a well-established Nationwide specialised in Piling Equipment offering a days-based schedule, training in manufacturing and a way to boost your earnings further through weekly bonuses and overtime?

In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of piling equipment within a workshop environment, ensuring all machinery is serviced to a high standard and in line with manufacturer specifications. The role involves diagnosing faults, carrying out routine servicing, and undertaking major component overhauls. This role is 70% planned maintenance and 30% reactive.

This role would suit a Fitter from the plant or construction industry looking to join an established and growing company offering ongoing training and rewards for your service.

The Role:

• Servicing and Repairing Plant Hire equipment.
• Diagnosing equipment
• Days based at a workshop (Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-3:30pm)
• Weekly bonuses based on sales

The Person:

• Plant Fitting experience
• Holds NVQ level 2 minimum
• Commutable to the workshop in Ipswich
