Are you an aspiring Commissioning Engineer looking to join a market-leading switchgear manufacturer, where you will become the on-site expert for LV Switchgear, powering critical data centre systems in a hands-on, field-based role.

In this role you will travel to various data centre sites around London and Slough, where you will be responsible for all site inspections and testing. You will maintain and commission data centre switchgear systems, as well as ensuring complete health and safety compliance among employees and that company requirements are met.

This company have been established for over fifty years, growing the team to over 350 employees based at their 130,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Sutton-in-Ashfield. With clients including Red Bull Racing, JCB and Warner Bros – no two projects are the same.

This role would suit a Commissioning Engineer with LV Switchgear experience, looking to progress their career to a senior position, where they will become the go to technical specialist on critical power systems.

The Role:

• Manage the testing of low voltage switchgear at various client sites
• Supervise, review and manage sub-contractor works to ensure they are in line with company requirements
• Manage the day to day on site commissioning operations whilst promoting QHSE compliance
• Mon-Fri, 7-5, 47.5 hours per week
