In this role, you will lead and deliver commissioning across complex BMS projects, taking responsibility for safety, programme performance and technical delivery. You’ll oversee engineers carrying out validation, functional testing and control strategy commissioning, while ensuring all programming and documentation meets the highest standards. Acting as the key client interface, you will drive projects through commissioning to handover, while mentoring engineers and supporting continuous improvement across the function.

This role would suit a Commissioning Manager with ALC experience looking to establish themselves as a go-to industry specialist, lead high-profile commissioning projects, and increase their earnings within a well-established, growing consultancy.

The role:

• Lead commissioning on complex BMS projects through to handover
• Maintain high safety standards and site compliance
• Oversee testing, validation and control strategy commissioning
• Ensure BMS programming and documentation meets standards
• Drive commissioning milestones including SAT and IST
• Mentor and support engineers

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager within BMS systems
• Strong experience with ALC (Automated Logic Controls)
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required – Nationally and Internationally
