In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop operations, overseeing a team of fitters, and carrying out maintenance and repairs on pumps and plant equipment both in the workshop and on-site.

The ideal candidate will have experience in plant or mechanical fitting, strong leadership ability, and confidence in diagnosing faults and managing workloads effectively.

The Role:
* Managing workshop operations, including team supervision, scheduling, and stock control.
* Servicing, maintaining, and repairing pumps and plant equipment.
* Diagnosing faults, completing inspections, and supporting breakdown response.

The Person:
* Experience in plant fitting, mechanical engineering, or similar.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills with workshop experience.
* Flexible to travel, work away, and participate in overtime/on-call requirements.
