In this role, the successful CNC Setter will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines, ensuring efficient production runs, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to process improvements across the workshop.

The ideal candidate will have experience setting multi-axis CNC lathes, strong knowledge of tooling and programming, and the ability to interpret technical drawings to a high standard.

The Role:
* Setting and operating CNC machines, verifying programs, and selecting tooling and fixtures.
* Monitoring production runs, completing inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met.
* Troubleshooting, maintaining machines, and supporting process improvements.

The Person:
* Proven experience setting multi-axis CNC lathes (Fanuc preferred).
* Strong understanding of tooling, metrology equipment, and technical drawings.
* Experience with CAD/CAM software and a high level of attention to detail.
