Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking to join a fast-paced company within a supportive team, where you can receive ongoing training, develop your skills, and progress into a senior service role?

Do you want the opportunity to work for a leading distributor of construction, agricultural, and forestry machinery, as well as crushing and screening equipment, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of advanced plant machinery?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly experienced service team, carrying out both workshop-based and occasional field servicing and maintenance. You will gain exposure to excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, wheel loaders, and other specialist machinery, developing your fault-finding and repair skills across multiple equipment types.

In this role, you will be primarily based in the Dublin workshop, carrying out scheduled servicing, diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults, and supporting additional activities such as welding and fabrication. There will be occasional site visits as required.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer or Plant Engineer looking for a varied, hands-on position with excellent training, earning potential, and long-term progression.

The Role:

• Carry out workshop-based servicing of heavy plant machinery
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults
• Perform routine maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Support welding, fabrication, and other workshop tasks
• Occasional travel for on-site support when required

The Person:

• Mechanical engineering or plant machinery background
• Experience working with hydraulics, mechanical, or electrical systems
