Are you a customer-focused sales professional looking to take full ownership of your own territory within a growing hire division, offering uncapped earning potential and the autonomy to run your area like your own business?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading name in excavator attachments, working within their expanding Hire Division.

This is a field-based position where you will spend the majority of your time visiting customers, identifying opportunities, and working closely with internal teams. You will play a key role in developing new and existing customers, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term partnerships across your region.

This role would suit an Area Sales Manager, Hire Manager, or Business Development professional within plant service or construction who enjoys autonomy, relationship building, and driving commercial success.

The Role:

• Manage your designated area within the Hire Division as if it were your own business
  * Develop new and existing customer relationships across the region
  * Conduct regular field visits, site meetings, and customer consultations
  * Work closely with internal sales, repairs, and logistics teams to close opportunities
  * Maintain CRM records and develop structured account growth plans
  * Attend monthly sales meetings and contribute to wider commercial strategy

The Person:

• Customer-facing hire experience (plant / construction preferred but not essential)
  * Full UK Driving Licence
  * Able to commute to Coalville as required
