Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking for the opportunity to join an ambitious company at the forefront of their niche industry, offering a role with a range of day-to-day variety whilst working on some of the most unique, bespoke products in the UK?

In this office based role, you will be responsible for working on numerous unique projects at a time, involving some of the most bespoke products in the country. This will include ensuring payments to clients, identifying and communicating around the contracts requirements and risks as well as contributing to reporting and engaging and managing the supply chain.

This company are one of the UK’s leading architectural metalwork business. They work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands from top level football teams, high end retail companies and high net worth individuals.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to join one of the Uk’s largest architectural businesses, with some of the biggest clientele, whilst working on bespoke products.

The Role:

• Engaging and managing supply chain
• Preparing tender documents
• Contributing to the monthly reporting processes
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor or similar
• Construction background
