Ernest Gordon are a high performing unit of Consultants that specialise in permanent positions across IT, Engineering and Finance sectors. We are 5 years old and 40 staff strong, operating across 3 sites with the goal of doubling turnover and headcount in 2024.<\/p>\n

How? Through training, developing and progressing our staff. Nurturing them to become the next line of Managers, Branch Owners and Directors. <\/p>\n

We have tried and proven processes in place, the best resources that money can buy, an incredibly supportive management team and a collaborative culture that will encourage you to become the best possible version of yourself.<\/p>\n

This is a 360 sales role that takes relentless resilience and dedication, you will be building a cold desk. If you are willing to make mistakes, push yourself outside of your comfort zone and work hard to earn rewards then this is the company for you.<\/p>\n
