Are you engineer from a manufacturing / plant background looking for a new and exciting role to oversee a workshop which produces cutting edge off shore equipment for the oil and gas industry?
Are you looking for a permanent role that will offer you a progression route to management and will reward you with pay and role progression and a generous bonus scheme?
On offer is the opportunity to join a small, niche company that are working on projects that will be used all over the world. The role will see you leading a team of engineers ensuring that the workshop is running at peak performance at all times and that the quality of the equipment is delivered to the highest standard.
This company have been operating for over 40 years and are working to support the decommissioning of well heads around the world.
The Role:
- Maintaining efficiency throughout the Workshop
- Leading a team of 6 +
- Ensuring quality of all repair and service work
- Monday to Friday
The Person:
- Hydraulic experience
- Workshop / Agriculture / Manufacturing Background
