Are you from a furniture or carpentry background, ready to take the next step in your career, with an organisation that specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of high-end furniture and architectural joinery to high-status clients all over the UK, where you will manage and motivate a production team, in this highly autonomous role?
Do you want an exciting and varied role with a growing company at the forefront of bespoke furniture solutions, where you will lead and manage a team of up to 20, ensuring projects adhere to schedules and meet the high expectations of the company’s clients, where you will take the lead in manufacturing schedules and efficiently organising workshop personnel?

The ideal candidate will come from a furniture or cabinetry background and will be ready to take on a management role in an assembly environment.

The Role:
- Produce manufacturing schedules to ensure projects remain on track
- Manage and organise a large assembly and production team, ensuring a robust quality control system is followed
- Enhance the operational efficiency and productivity of the team
The Person:
- Experience in a furniture, cabinet making or assembly environment and a knowledge of woodworking machinery and assembly
- Any management or supervisory experience
