Are you a Workshop manager, with a background working with electrical control systems / panels, looking to join a highly innovative electrical control systems specialist company, where you will be in a Senior position, managing a team of highly skilled engineers to deliver exciting global projects within a diverse range of sectors, including aerospace, oil and gas and renewables?

You will be responsible for managing a team of 10 engineers to deliver high value projects, delegating work to ensure deliverables are met on time and to budget, ensuring safe working conditions and ensuring ongoing training and development is provided for the junior members of the team.

The role:

• Manage a team of 10 engineers during the production process of electrical panel builds
• Complete the day to day running of the workshop, ensuring safe working conditions
• Delegate work to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
• Oversee stock control, liaise with purchasing on re-ordering parts and scheduling the parts required for jobs
• Liaise with the Electrical Design / Estimating team
• Assist with fault-finding when necessary

The person:

• Experience with control panel builds
• Experience in a Management / Supervisory position
