Are you a Warehouse Manager or similar from a commercial manufacturing background, who speaks fluent/ intermediate Polish and is looking for a position within a global aerospace engineering company, in a role offering full autonomy and training and development opportunities to grow and progress your career?

Within this position, you will oversee multiple projects, while liaising with departments across the company to ensure standards and project requirements are delivered to the highest standards. You will also oversee the management of their new site located in Poland, and have the opportunity to go over for a few days every month.

This role will suit an Operations Manager/ supervisor with experience working across large and small projects. Looking to gain full autonomy over their work and share their expertise with a team, that they can call their own. All while enjoying healthcare coverage, travel opportunities and free onsite parking.

THE ROLE:
* Manage multiple projects
* Liaising with internal departments
* Salary Progression as well as career development
* Monday to 8.30am to 5pm / Friday 8.30am to 4pm

THE PERSON:
* Supervisor or Operations Manager
* Looking for autonomy and the chance to share their knowledge and experience with a team
* From a Manufacturing/ Aerospace background
* Able to commute to Chippenham
