Are you a Supervisor / Manager looking to head up Warehouse Operations for a market leading Automotive manufacturer, with a competitive package, autonomy to make your mark on warehouse processes, status a senior role brings and a clear scope to progress further within the business?

You will play an essential role in Warehouse / Logistic Operations, working for both internal and external customers, receiving and shipping goods to tight timescales and within budget. Overseeing a team of around 60 employees, you will train, develop and lead a team of operatives and contractors, driving the warehouse forward.

This group of companies has been established for almost a century and have a fantastic reputation for the quality of their products and service. In recent years, they have seen a great deal of investment and growth, making this an excellent time to join the team.

This role would suit a Warehouse Manager with a firm grasp of Despatch and Fleet Management, who has come from Automotive, Aerospace or a Fast Moving Consumer Goods manufacturing environment.

DUTIES
* Manage a Warehouse, overseeing Despatch, Warehouse etc
* Training, mentoring, inductions, disciplinaries, continuous improvement meetings etc
* Supporting internal production teams, providing parts for manufacturing

PERSON
* Warehouse Manager, who has people management skills
* A background in dealing with an extensive number of different components and parts
* Supervisor looking to take a step up, or a Warehouse Manager who has worked a similar role before
