Are you a Warehouse Coordinator or similar with a passion for music or the Audio Visual industry looking to join a company that like to promote from within, provide in house training on company processes and access to external training courses to learn new skills?

On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding Events management business who operate all over the country to organize exhibitions, conferences and award shows. They are looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator to help manage their stock of AV equipment.

This role will involve processing and tracking of the companies Audio Visual and other equipment to ensure that it is sent out to events and received back into the companies warehouse. The role will also involve planning ahead for future events, ensuring that the right equipment is available and occasionally liaising with 3^rd party suppliers to acquire additional pieces.

This role would suit a Warehouse Coordinator or similar with a desire to step in the Audio Visual industry who wants to be trained on the company’s internal processes and systems, be given access to external training courses and the opportunity to progress your career from within the company.

The Role

• Monitor stock of Audio Visual equipment
• Planning stock levels for future events
• Liaising with other companies to rent equipment

• Warehouse Coordinator or similar
• Desire to join AV industry
• Commutable to Chessington
