As a vehicle technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and MOT tests of the company’s public service buses. Responding to breakdowns and ensuring the buses are in excellent condition will be integral to providing reliable transportation services for passengers in the North East of England. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of the bus fleet.

This role would suit a Vehicle Technician or similar looking for an exciting role in a tight-knit team within the largest company in their field in the UK offering excellent career prospects.

THE ROLE:

* Perform maintenance, repairs, and MOT tests on Go North East’s public service buses.
* Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize service disruptions.
* Ensure the buses are in excellent condition to provide safe and reliable transportation services for passengers

THE PERSON:

* Vehicle Technician or similar (Public Service experience preferred)
* Based in the Northeast
* Happy to work occasional overtime (option for unlimited)
