Are you a Valuation Surveyor looking for an autonomous and dynamic role where you will play an important role in the ongoing success of an employee owned multi-disciplinary consultancy who offer a bonus and a clear progression structure to senior roles?

This specialist employee owned consultancy work across a range of sectors with a broad scope of high end commercial and residential clients. They have over 100 employees and are looking to further grow their team.

This autonomous role will see you conduct valuation surveys on a range of commercial and residential properties ranging from country houses to flats and warehouses around the midlands as you work primarily from home with one day a week in office. In addition to this you will undertake varied project work and liaison with clients and senior leadership as you work within the friendly valuation team of 30.

This role would suit a Valuation Surveyor looking for an autonomous and dynamic role within an employee owned consultancy who offer progression opportunities and the opportunity to develop shareholder status.

The Role:

• Valuation surveys- Commercial and Residential clients
• Project work across all stages- surveying, quotations, etc.
• Hybrid role – 4 days WFH, 1 day in office
• Cover a regional patch around the Midlands
• Work within the Valuation team of 30

The Person:

• Valuation Surveyor
• Commercial and Residential experience
• Happy to work a hybrid role – office based in Birmingham
• Full Driving Licence- Willing to travel
