On offer is an exciting opportunity for a UX Manager to join a leading, global social enterprise. Working throughout the world, they are the only business offering chartership courses in their field of work. Inspiring, motivating and developing the next generation of leaders, giving you an overall feel-good factor to what you are doing for work.

In this role, the successful UX Manager will be responsible for the website information architecture and user experience optimisation. The successful UX Manager will also be responsible for understanding user expectations throughout the company, ensuring that optimal user experience is obtained.

The ideal UX Manager will want to be the main point of contact to the business for projects that require significant UX experience all whilst being able to manage a team of two and overseeing the coordination of the companies content schedule across the website.

The Role

  • Implementation of content strategy.
  • 1 day in the office or 4 a month.
  • Analyse findings from research to understand user needs.
  • Champion and deliver UX best practise throughout the organisation and all online platforms.

The Person

  • Experience in working on IT and digital projects.
  • Experience in using and interpreting analytical tools.
  • Effective PC skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
