Are you a Transport Manager with a CPC qualification looking for a varied and exciting days-based role where you will have the autonomy to oversee transport operations in the UK within a well-established and growing company offering career progression to Director level as well as Annual Bonuses and Overtime to increase your potential earnings?

This company specialise in providing Heavy Haulage solutions focusing on Abnormal and Wide loads working with a range of blue-chip companies across the UK and Europe. Since their establishment in 1950, they have grown from strength to strength now employing over 30 people and they are looking to add to their team to keep up with increased demand.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the depot as well as organising transport routes and supporting lorry drivers, ensuring a smooth operation from Point A to Point B within a timely manner. You will be liaising directly with customers, drivers and senior leadership and will be the main point of contact for any issues that arise on route. This is a Monday to Friday office based role with no weekend work included.

This role would suit a Transport Manager with a CPC qualification who is looking for an autonomous role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the depot as you make your mark on a growing business who can provide swift progression to senior roles and Overtime / Bonuses to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Day-to-day management of Depot operations
• Managing 15 drivers and other logistical operations
• Assisting Planning Department with Wide and Abnormal Loads
• Ensuring that all activities on site comply with Regulations and H&S standards
• Occasional hands-on work shunting trucks
• Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm

• CPC Qualified Transport Manager
• Heavy Haulage or similar background
• Commutable to Stockport
