Are you currently working within the Utilities / Civils / Construction industry looking for a new challenge that would see you facilitate and teach the next generation within a well established company who offer training and opportunities to gain your accreditation as well as annual bonuses and overtime to increase your potential earnings?

This market leading company specialises in providing first class quality training in areas such as Confined Spaces, Constructions and Utilities, Health & Safety and Plant Machinery. Since their establishment in 2002, they gone from strength to strength; working with a range of blue-chip companies across the UK. They are now looking to increase the number of instructors to keep up with increased demand.

In this varied and dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of training and assessments within your responsible skillset as you produce training material and courses, carry out workplace assessments and promote safe work practices by identifying and eliminating poor practices throughout the training cycle. You will be enrolled onto further development courses to aid you in achieving your Appropriate Training Accreditations.

This role would suit someone currently working within the Utilities / Civils / Construction industry looking to come off the tools in order to teach the next generation within a well-established yet growing company offering further training to gain appropriate accreditations as well as annual bonuses and overtime to increase potential earnings.

The Role:

  • Manage the delivery of training and assessments to a high standard within the skillset.
  • Drive improvement in training efficiency by reviewing your performance and carefully managing resources within your skillset.
  • Attend training and development courses to maintain relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Produce training material & courses as required.
  • Carry out workplace/competence assessments as required – Promote safe work practices and identify and eliminate any bad practice.

The Person:

  • Utilities Coordinator or similar
  • Utilities / Civils / Construction background
  • Commutable to Newcastle
