Are you at the beginning of you career within Engineering, looking for a tailored development plan that will take you right to the top of the Technical tree, with extensive shadowing and training, for market leading Engineering firm, all within a Monday to Friday based role?

In this role you will be gradually moulded into a Technical Manager which could take a number of years, with tailored training and development plans, allowing you to hone in your skills over time. You will provide technical support from the office, to Field Engineers out on the road. You will also be expected to go out with Engineers occasionally, allowing you to learn the products hands on.

This role would suit someone with an Engineering understanding, who is looking to gradually step up into a senior role, with technical development and extensive training.

The Role:

• Training and development plan to become a Technical Manager (this could be 3 years to get you completely up to speed)
• Provide technical support to engineers remotely, whilst shadowing the Technical Manager
• 90% office based, 10% field based attending service / calibrations with Engineers

The Person:

• Beginning of Engineering career
• Ability to grow into a managerial role in time
