On offer is an opportunity to work for a market leading firm who handle the entire platform lift process; from the quoting phase all the way to after sales service. As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you will be travelling to various sites across the country to perform routine servicing and maintenance on existing lifts as well as installation of new units giving you lots of variety and loads of different technical challenges.
Working as part of a small team will prove ample opportunity for progression and development.
The job:
- Learn how to install and service platform lifts (Motors, hydraulics – full training)
- Usually visit sites within a 2-hour radius
- Progress as a specialist Field Service Engineer
The person:
- Trainee mechanical engineer / technician / apprentice or similar
- Some knowledge or experience of hydraulics
- Full UK driving license
- Looking for training and progression as a specialist lift engineer
