Ernest Gordon Recruitment specialise in permanent recruitment across Engineering, IT and Finance sectors, UK wide. Our Consultants are 360 through and through, we do not believe in split fees here! You will handle the entire project lifecycle from initial contact with the client, through to placement of the candidate.
This is a sales position where you will be responsible for building up a client base from scratch, which takes relentless hard word, resilience and persistence. Full training and lots of support will be provided along the way, EGR have a stellar track record for taking on Trainees with no prior experience and nurturing them into the elite performers that they are today.
