Are you a Production Operator with a background in the corrugated or production industry, looking to be trained up on Flexographic Printers with the goal of becoming the go-to expert in operating and maintaining these machines? Do you have a strong interest in learning to operate Flexographic Printers and becoming the go-to expert in this field?

On offer the Printer Operator is joining an independent, family-owned manufacturer that has been established for over 35 years, specialising in bespoke corrugated packaging. With continued growth, an opportunity arises for a Trainee Production Operator to join the team, where you will receive comprehensive training in flexographic printing, coupled with opportunities to grow within a leading company in the corrugated packaging industry

In this role, the Trainee Production Operator will learn to set up and operate Flexographic Printers to produce high-quality corrugated packaging. They will also assist in maintaining machine efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

The ideal Trainee Production Operator is someone eager to learn and grow in the corrugated packaging industry, with a strong interest in mastering the operation of Flexographic Printers. They should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in their work.

The Role:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines
• Monitor the printing process to ensure consistent print quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the printing process
• 2 alternate rotational shifts (Early: 05:45 to 14:00 – Late: 13:45 to 22:00)

The Person:

• Experience in the corrugated or production industry
• Wants to become an expert on Flexographic Printers
• Computer literacy, able to use MRP’s
