Are you from a sheet metal or fabrication production background, with any supervisory or management experience, looking to take the next step up in your career and progress into a highly autonomous production manager role, directly managing a team of highly skilled engineers?

Do you want to join a well-established company with over 45 years of experience, manufacturing high quality parts for a variety of industries from defense to pharmaceuticals, which will provide you with extensive training to ensure you become the best in your field?

As the Production Manager, you will be a key player, leading a dedicated team of engineers and thereby helping to grow a market leading company. You will have ownership of the whole production process, driving efficiency and developing your team.

You will receive full training in man management to ensure you can confidently step into a management role and develop your own team.

The role:

• Organise production schedules, monitoring and improving productivity
• Supervising staff and providing effective leadership
• Maintaining relationships with clients
• Ensuring a high standard of health and safety and equipment maintenance

The person:

• Sheet metal / fabrication background
• Experience in supervising or managing a team within a production environment
