Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work for a specialist company that’s been established for over 80 years. This company designs and manufactures a variety of iron castings from pumps to compressors. Having recently had a £2 million investment and expanded their workshop they now need a new pattern maker to join their team.
On offer is the opportunity for this person to learn a new and highly sort after skill working for a successful business that puts your personal and professional growth first.
In this role, you will be producing a wide range of castings from pumps to compressors and clutch housings to filter casings but specialising in manufacturing rotary valves and diverters for the powder and bulk handling industries.
The Role:
- Pattern Making to technical drawings
- Repairing, mounting and methoding of patterns
- Ability to manufacture new pattern equipment from timber, resin, fibre glass and polystyrene materials to support casting production
The Person:
- Basic Knowledge of Pattern Making
