Are you looking to work for a global leader in the Automotive industry that are constantly evolving and creating new procedures and processes working with state of the art technology?

Are you a time served apprentice or similar with a maintenance / mechanical background looking for a company that is going to invest heavily into your development through a guided training program and progress you into a fully-fledged maintenance engineer?

In this role, you will undergo a tailored training and development plan to transform you into a crucial member of the maintenance team undertaking planned maintenance on a variety of manufacturing machinery. You will be operating on a rotating shift pattern consisting of 2 3 2 with a mix of 12 hour day and night shifts.

On offer is an opportunity to join a globally recognised company that specialise in designing and manufacturing mechanical parts for a variety of blue-chip companies. There will be in-house training on the specific machinery you will be working on and plenty of opportunities to progress into senior roles throughout the business as you progress your skillset.

This role would suit someone with a mechanical / maintenance background and an apprenticeship or similar looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, working for a blue-chip company at the forefront of manufacturing technologies.

The Role:

  • Performing planned maintenance on a variety of manufacturing machinery
  • Rolling shift pattern consisting of 2 3 2 with a mix of day and night 12 hour shifts averaging 40.25 hours a week with a generous shift pattern paid
  • Attend a tailored training and development plan to progress your skills

The Person:

  • Time served apprentice or similar
  • Mechanical / Maintenance background or similar
